Kim’s Chocolates is gespecialiseerd in de productie van Belgische chocolade voor fijnproevers. Zijn unieke knowhow is bekend tot ver over de grenzen, 90% van de productie is dan ook bestemd voor de export.

In 2006 werd beslist te starten met de plannen voor een nieuw en ecologisch verantwoord gebouw dat zou gebouwd worden in Tienen. Het gebouw in Aarschot werd te klein voor de stijgende productie en bleek niet geschikt voor verdere uitbreiding.

Kim’s Chocolates NV van deze nood een deugd en zette een uitzonderlijk gebouw neer, als deskundige begeleider kozen zij voor GDesign Architecten.
